Corbin Tognoni became Forterro's Vice President, Finance in July 2016. In his role, Corbin is responsible for overseeing global finance operations.
Corbin has deep familiarity with the Forterro business, previously serving for more than two years in the role of Director, Mergers and Acquisitions out of the Jeeves Stockholm office. During that time, Corbin was responsible for expanding Forterro's product portfolio and international footprint by driving the Jeeves acquisition of Infocube and, later, the Forterro acquisition of SolvAxis.
Over the past two years, Corbin has served as an associate with our equity partners, Battery Ventures. At Battery, Corbin maintained oversight of the Forterro investment, focusing on M&A sourcing and leading the financing process for Forterro’s latest portfolio addition, Sylob. At Battery, Corbin was also involved with several other late-stage, midmarket software investments, including buyouts (majority recap, take-private, divestiture) and growth equity.
Corbin graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in economics and government.
