Position: Vice President, Services & Support

Richard Furby is the vice president of services and support for Forterro. In this role, he oversees the strategic planning and execution of all professional services and support operations for the Forterro product portfolio worldwide.

Prior to joining Forterro, Richard started and headed the enterprise business for Smartsheet.com, a Seattle-based software startup providing enterprise collaboration and project management solutions for companies of all sizes. Prior to that, Richard served in a number of executive roles at Consona Corporation, a U.S.-based software application company that housed 13 ERP and CRM products, serving a wide range of vertical industries and a broad span of company sizes worldwide.

Richard joined Consona as part of the company’s take-private acquisition of Onyx Software Corporation in 2006. During his time at Onyx, Richard held various senior management roles in both sales and services, primarily focused on the company’s international customer base. At Consona, Richard joined the executive leadership team of the company’s CRM business unit, and later CRM division, serving as vice president, international sales. During his tenure at Consona, Richard helped grow the CRM division through the acquisition of several service and support software applications and launch of new product offerings, while expanding the company’s global footprint.

Richard brings more than 18 years of technology consulting experience to Jeeves, having worked with some of the world’s leading companies including Siemens, Standard Life, AIG, Virgin Media, Telefonica, Starbucks and Pepsi.

Richard holds a BSc in Computer Science from Southampton Solent University.
